The "WoceBtl" collection contains hydrographic, nutrient and tracer
data from the one-time and repeat WOCE Hydrographic Program (*_hy1.csv
files from WHPO web-site as of May/27/2002). Also included are more
than 2000 stations from pre-WOCE cruises.

Note that the WOCE data have been scanned for outliers using the
automatic and interactive methods of the ODV software. As a result of
this procedure, a number of data have been marked questionable or
bad. See the file WoceBtl.log for a log of these changes.
